PH Sports Finder ("we", "us") operates the PH Sports Finder mobile app and website (sports-finder.app) that lets users discover sports venues, book court time, and manage bookings and payments. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, email address, and phone number when you register or sign in.
• Booking data: venue, court number, date and time slots, booking reference, and payment status.
• Payment data: payment method used and payment amounts. Online card/e-wallet payments are processed by PayMongo; we do not store full card numbers. For manual GCash remittances, the court owner's GCash number is stored to facilitate payouts.
• Device & usage data: approximate location (city) when you search for venues, device type, and app version.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide venue discovery, booking, check-in, and payment features.
• To let venue owners manage bookings, confirm attendance, and receive remittances.
• To send booking confirmations and reminders via push notifications (with your permission).
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

3. Notifications

With your permission, we send push notifications for booking confirmations, reminders, and payment updates. You can turn these off at any time in your device settings. Notification permission is optional and not required to use the app.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who help operate the service (e.g., Firebase/Firestore hosting and PayMongo for payment processing), and with venue owners only to the extent needed to fulfill your booking (e.g., your name, phone, and booking details appear to the venue owner you booked with).

5. Data Retention & Security

Booking and transaction records are retained as needed to operate the service and comply with financial record-keeping requirements. Data is stored with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for notifications or marketing. Contact us at [email protected] for any request.

7. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
